3. Sales Acumen: Skilled in pitching services/products with strong presentation skills, and adept at negotiating to close deals.

4. Market Knowledge and Intelligence: Industry Insights: Understands market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position offerings effectively.

5. Adaptability & Agility: Skilled at quick decision-making in dynamic environments, with the ability to adapt strategies based on specific clients, industries, or competitive situations.

6. Goal-oriented & Self-Motivated: Target-driven, consistently motivated to exceed sales KPIs, and resilient in maintaining focus.

7. Communication & Presentation: Strong in persuasion, effectively conveying value propositions and closing deals. Expert at delivering presentations that align solutions with client needs.Role & responsibilities


Educational Background Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) preferred.
  2. Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a Tier 1 institution is mandatory.
