Job Title: Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Job Summary:
As Chief Information Officer, you will lead the companys technology and data strategy with a focus on transforming core business processes through digitalization. The CIO will lead cross-functional teams to streamline and digitalize these key processes, enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Technology Leadership

• Develop a comprehensive technology roadmap that enables digital transformation across critical organizational processes.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to digitize processes and enhance productivity.
• Lead the digitalization of cross-functional processes.
• Adopt AI, real-time analytics, and emerging technologies

Digital Transformation

• Design and manage a scalable, robust IT architecture that supports the organization's digitalization goals.
• Drive the integration of end-to-end processes by aligning technology initiatives with cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive workflows that reduce siloes, improve customer & employee experience
• Implement tools to track real-time performance metrics and proactive alerting for continuous process improvement.

Compliance & Security Management

• Ensure robust data governance policies and strategies are in place to protect company and customer data.
• Lead initiatives on cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements

Data Management and Real-Time Insights

• Establish data governance practices to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security across processes and departments.
• Develop analytics dashboards that provide real-time insights and forecasting, supporting predictive decision-making and proactive issue resolution.
• Lead a centralized data strategy that enhances decision-making and operational visibility across the organization.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Business Alignment

• Partner with business leaders to ensure IT initiatives drive business outcomes and align with key departmental objectives.
• Foster cross-functional synergy by coordinating technology efforts that enable streamlined processes, efficient resource allocation, and optimized service delivery.
• Serve as a change agent, championing digital transformation and building a culture that embraces innovative solutions.

Operational Efficiency and Cost Management

• Identify and implement cost-effective technologies and processes, maximizing the return on IT investments.
• Oversee vendor and budget management, ensuring project delivery aligns with defined timelines and organizational priorities.
• Optimize IT operations by implementing forecasting tools and real-time alerts to prevent disruptions and enhance productivity

Leadership and Team Development

• Build and mentor a high-performing Technology team that aligns with the organizations goals for digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
• Encourage continuous learning and innovation within the team, promoting a culture of agility and adaptability.
• Remain current with industry trends, guiding the organization in adopting relevant new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Act as a key technology advisor to the executive leadership team, providing insight on emerging technologies and industry advancements.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications in AI, automation, or digital transformation are a plus.
• Experience:
• 15+ years of leadership experience in technology roles, with a focus on digital transformation, AI, and automation.
• Proven track record in scaling technology solutions for high-growth companies or startups.
• Experience with product development, SaaS platforms, and service-driven organizations is highly preferred.
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, automation, and cloud computing.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, IT infrastructure, and system integration.
• Experience with data analytics, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
• Leadership & Vision: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive strategic initiatives.
