Lenskart - Head - Information Technology (12-18 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT strategies to improve xxxxx's overall operations.

- Oversee the design and implementation of IT infrastructures to ensure security and efficiency.

- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to support and drive xxxxx's growth.

- Ensure all IT systems meet industry standards and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in a senior IT role with a minimum of 12-18 years of experience.

- Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructures, systems, and operations.

- Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP preferred.
