Job Title - Head - IT Infra

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership, Develop and execute the IT infrastructure strategy to support the organization's business goals and compliance requirements.

- Assess and adopt emerging technologies to ensure scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure.

- Cybersecurity and Compliance Implement security best practices for infrastructure and align with regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines, PCI-DSS, GDPR, or ISO 27001.

- Collaborate with the CISO to mitigate infrastructure vulnerabilities and respond to incidents.

- Monitor and enforce compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards.Team Leadership and Vendor Management.

- Manage relationships with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee service level agreements (SLAs). Cost Management.

Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality or security.

This role is critical in ensuring the technological backbone of the organization operates efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
