Compliance Testing Role - Banking (4-10 yrs)

Role : Compliance Testing

Key Responsibilities :

Compliance Testing & Monitoring :

- Exposed to process, product and policy reviews.

- Experience in Digital Onboarding, CASA accounts, BC Channel, 3rd Party products, KYC, DMT.

- Circular implementation and updation to the board.

- Conduct periodic and ad-hoc compliance tests on policies, procedures, and operations to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal requirements.

- Identify areas of non-compliance or weaknesses in the control environment and recommend corrective actions.

Risk Assessment :

- Analyze risk exposures related to compliance activities and assist in the design of mitigating actions or improvements.

- Support the development and maintenance of a risk-based testing plan that aligns with the company's strategic goals and regulatory obligations.

Internal Controls Evaluation :

- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls designed to meet regulatory requirements and safeguard the organization from risk.

- Collaborate with business units to ensure that compliance-related activities are properly documented and controls are effective.
