We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Executive to drive lead generation and sales for our fleet booking services in commercial vehicle insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, particularly schools, transportation companies, and logistics firms, and converting them into valued customers. This role also involves managing a team of 4+ members, ensuring successful execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients in target sectors, including schools, transportation companies, and logistics firms.
• Sales Conversion: Develop relationships with leads and effectively communicate the benefits of our insurance products, guiding them through the purchasing process.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 4+ sales professionals, providing support and training to enhance their performance and achieve team goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the commercial vehicle insurance sector.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and underwriting teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance distribution or a related industry.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales.
• Experience managing a team, with strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
