Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager for Partnerships & Alliances to drive growth and build long-lasting relationships with key partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, managing, and scaling partnerships to achieve business goals. You will play a pivotal role in identifying strategic opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring alignment with the organizations objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Alliances Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy aligned with the companys growth objectives. Identify new markets, sectors, and opportunities for collaboration.
  • Building OEM Relationships: Leverage and deepen existing relationships with global OEMs like Microsoft, IBM, SAP, Oracle, Databricks, and Nvidia to drive mutual business growth.
  • Pipeline Creation and Enablement: Create joint pipelines, alliance partnerships, and enablement programs to expand reach and enhance value creation.
  • Competency Development: Drive competency-building initiatives tailored to OEM requirements and market needs.
  • Co-Marketing Programs: Plan and execute joint marketing programs, account-based marketing (ABM) efforts, and enablement campaigns to maximize partner synergy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyse, and report the performance and ROI of partnership initiatives, establishing KPIs to measure success and optimize outcomes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure the successful implementation of partner-driven initiatives.
  • Market Trends Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for strategic alliances.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Relationship Management: Strong ability to foster and sustain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, especially with OEMs.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional skills in identifying and leveraging strategic opportunities.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Proven ability to negotiate and finalize complex agreements.
  • Co-Marketing Proficiency: Experience with joint campaigns, ABM strategies, and partner outreach.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to track partnership performance and optimize outcomes.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8+ years in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and achieving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in driving joint marketing programs, alliance enablement efforts, and competency-building initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
