Experience:

• Jr Associates - Minimum 6 months of relevant travel experience in handling various customer contact channels
• Associates - Minimum 1years of relevant travel experience in handling various customer contact channels
• Sr Associates (SME) - Minimum 2years of relevant travel experience in handling various customer contact channels

Educational Qualification:
Graduate with fluent communication skills in English and Hindi
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints through voice calls and chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
• Manage and resolve customer issues related to travel and aviation, including booking, cancellations, and general inquiries.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and excellent customer-centricity in all interactions.
• Maintain high standards of communication ethics, ensuring professionalism and courtesy in interactions.
• Use Salesforce for managing customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
• Adapt to new tools and technologies for efficient service delivery.

Required Skills:

• Fluent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Minimum six months of relevant travel experience in handling various customer contact channels.
• Proficient in using language proficiency validation tools and comprehension tests.
• Excellent negotiation skills and customer-centric approach.
• Strong written communication skills for email, chat, and social media processes.
• Proficiency in computer skills, typing speed, and familiarity with Salesforce.
• Experience in customer services or travel support profile.
• Background in aviation is an advantage.
• Comfortable with 24*7 Shifts which includes night shifts also.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with an airline chat and voice team, particularly in managing business class, nodal, or leadership cases.
• International experience in handling customer support for airlines is an advantage.

Assessment:

• Language proficiency validation with industry-leading Voice & Accent tools, comprehension, and aptitude tests, For reference - Versant score for Jr Associates and Associates – (B/W 55 – 60) and for SMEs (B/W 62 – 65)
• Cultural fitment assessment through available tools and psychometric tests.
• Immediate joiners required, candidate has to join from next Monday (20th Jan)
