-agreed Sales Targets and to maintain

customer relationships within an assigned territory.

-12 calls per day and ensure Daily Secondary target achievement and achieving the

beat target and related KPIs

distributors and Appointing New Dealers and Retailers in assigned territory

adherence (Callage, Coverage and Compliance)

like Sub-Dealer Meet, & Other promotional activities in assigned territory as per company plans

erformance to assess which among new dealers/ sub

dealers can be elevated to regular scheme

Saint Gobain and New product launch - pitching to distributor/direct dealer

and sub-dealer

-shop selling, expansion/ customization

of product range and the right display at counters

: Salary will be 20500 in hand + 5000 variable+9500 TADA+500 Mobile allowance+ bonus &

incentives
