Job Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tele Account Manager to join our B2B sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our Small and Medium Business (SMB) customer base, driving sales revenue, and fostering strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record in tele-sales, and a deep understanding of Computer Hardware.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with SMB customers to understand their business needs, provide product/service solutions, and drive sales revenue and proactively reaching out to potential customers via outbound calls.

Lead Generation and Prospecting: Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through telephone canvassing, prospecting activities, and cold calling. Continuously build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet sales targets.

Sales Process Execution: Lead the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, including negotiation, contract finalization, and necessary documentation. Identify customer requirements, tailor solutions to meet their needs, and effectively communicate value propositions.

Product Knowledge and Market Awareness: Stay informed about our products and services, as well as competing offerings in the market. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions and drive competitive advantage.

Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in tele - B2Bsales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Computer Hardware and technology trends.
  • B2B sales experience into Laptops / Tablets / Desktops / Servers, will be an added advantage.
