Experience : Eight years demonstrable experience in the industry out of which at least five years of experience in greenfield projects or corporate/commercial multi-storey structures, hotels and shopping malls with basements from start to finish.

Hiring : Till Project handing over (approx. 18 months).

Building Size : Footprint 12x75 sqm, 1.5L Sq-ft, 8 to 10 floors with two basements

Job Purpose:
The Dainik Bhaskar Group (client side) seeks an experienced and skilled MEPF Engineer to work onsite execution of a green-field corporate building project in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will function under the project manager and coordinate the onsite MEPF engineering aspects from the client's side.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting (MEPF) installations at the project site.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and contractors for seamless integration of MEPF services.
• Conduct inspections & quality checks to ensure work aligns with safety and quality standards.
• Facilitate statutory approvals for design consultants where necessary.
• Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs generated through BIM models.
• Assist in preparing work schedules for MEPF activities to meet project timelines.
• Track project progress and report delays, risks, or deviations to the Project Manager.
• Aid in tendering and sourcing towards MEPF installations.
• Liaise with MEPF vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers for material procurement and delivery.
• Verify contractor bills & work completion reports for approval.
• Maintain records of drawings, test reports, daily work progress, material consumption, and site issues.
• Coordinate for commissioning and hand over of facilities.
