Job Overview :
- This role is focused on generating revenue through client partnerships by creating and executing customized solutions, event and content sponsorships, and other avenues of incremental revenue generation.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background in media sales, the ability to drive high-performing teams, and expertise in developing and executing innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic client partnerships and customized media solutions.
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and on-board new advertisers who have not previously engaged with the Dainik Bhaskar print business.
- Client Reactivation: Re-engage and develop business from clients who have not advertised in the past two years.
- Strategic Initiatives: Lead and execute special projects, sponsorships, and customized brand solutions.
- Customized Advertising Packages: Develop tailored media solutions to address unique client needs.
- Sponsorships & Content Integration: Develop event sponsorship deals and branded content solutions for clients.
- Occasion & Category-Specific Features: Curate and market print media solutions for key days, festivals, and industry-specific themes.
- Customized Events & Activations: Conceptualize and execute high-impact, ROI-driven events and activations for clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with editorial, marketing, and circulation teams to develop integrated solutions.
- Leadership & Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development team to drive revenue growth.
