Project Manager - MEP

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution & testing of MEP services like Electrical, HVAC, Firefighting, ELV etc. related works
• Monitoring project progress by tracking project schedule to ensure completion of project within the time cost parameters
• Coordinating and resolving Engineering issues addressing site requirements and ensure timely supply of deliverables
• Review of BOQ, Technical Specifications & other tender documents
• Review Material Approval Requests, Technical datasheets
• Review Good for Construction drawings & Shop drawings
• Oversee quality control related to services work
• Checking and certification of contractors invoices
• Organizing meetings with all stakeholders
• Responsible for maintaining various site documentations
• Coordination with all stakeholders involved in projects
• Prepare Contractual letters, MOM, change claims etc.
• Monitor team & provide them with the required support

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a professional who strives to work as a Project Manager in large scale construction projects and can be able to lead the team of Engineers. A professional who can manage multiple projects and maintain seamless coordination among team members of all assigned projects as well as clients and other stake holders.
