MEP Engineer (8-13 Years )

• Role & responsibilities

• • Coordination and supervision of installation of the mechanical and plumbing services of projects
• • Detailed understanding of the Contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, MEP systems interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
• Analyze mechanical, Electrical and /or plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
• Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Consultant for different projects.
• Review the design of mechanical and plumbing services of projects;
• Review and approve Submittals of Technical Material and Shop Drawings submitted by the Contractors or Design Consultants for mechanical and plumbing services of projects;
• Assist PMC team in the testing and commissioning of MEP services & requirement.
• Manage testing, commission, training and handover of mechanical and plumbing deliverables
• Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Design and Project Management works pertaining to Mechanical Components of Large Building Complexes like Universities, Hospitals, Residential Complexs etc.

• Construction experience with working knowledge of Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing construction procedures and practices
• Knowledge of MS office, AutoCAD and Project management software.
• Experience of large-scale building projects
• Degree holder in Electrical/ Mechanical engineering
• Problem solving abilities
• Communication skills
