Mep Manager

Key Responsibilities:

✅ MEP Design & Implementation:

• Prepare/Review and approve mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing system designs.
• Ensure efficient power distribution, water supply, drainage, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for seamless execution.

✅ Vendor & Contractor Management:

• Liaise with MEP contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare/Review BOQs.

✅ Quality Control & Compliance:

• Monitor and resolve any technical issues related to HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.

✅ Testing, Commissioning & Handover:

• Supervise testing & commissioning of MEP systems before project completion.
• Ensure smooth handover and documentation for operations & maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🔹 Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
🔹 [10]+ years of experience in MEP design (construction, real estate, infrastructure).
🔹 Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, and plumbing.
🔹 Proficiency in AutoCAD, and MEP design tools.
🔹 Expertise in contract management, vendor negotiation, and cost control.
🔹 Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
