Manager - MEP

1.Measurement and Quantity take off for different items of MEP works like electrical, plumbing, firefighting, fire detection, HVAC, STP, Ventilation, Lifts & Escalators, Solar, GAS, etc. from site and drawings.

2. Preparation of BOQs

3. Rate analysis of items

4. Estimating and costing

5. Working knowledge on ACAD, MS Excel, MS office, ERP

6. Drafting & Compilation of tender documents,

7. Preparing comparative analysis/ Evaluation of tenders technically and commercially for MEP packages

8. Drafting of Contracts, LOI, letter of award, work orders.

9.Coordination with different teams like Project Team/ D&D/Consultants for the tender documents and drawings

10. Review of tender, drawings & BOQ received from D&D/consultants.

11. In house cost estimation

12. Prepare comparative statements of rates/specifications and terms & conditions mentioned by tenderers.

13. Market knowledge of rates for material and labor works

14. Knowledge of civil and plumbing, firefighting, STP, Fire detection, HVAC, Ventilation, Lifts, MEP packages etc.

15. Experience of real estate industry 16. Knowledge of billing of PRW contractors.
