Senior Business Analyst / Operations Manager

A highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our real estate company. The successful candidate will support business decision-making by analyzing market trends, financial data, and operational metrics, with a particular focus on utilizing advanced MS Excel skills

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
  
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business decision-making, focusing on financial data, market trends, and property performance.
• Develop reports and dashboards for senior management, providing actionable insights into business operations and real estate market conditions.

• Market & Financial Research:
  
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks within the real estate industry.
• Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and ROI calculations, to assess investment opportunities and project feasibility.

• Project Management Support:
  
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of real estate projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Track project progress, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions to meet deadlines and budget constraints

• Trend Analysis & Forecasting:
  
• Use historical data and statistical models to forecast trends in the real estate market, property prices, and demand.
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations based on analysis of past and current data trends.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (2-4 years) as a Business Analyst, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, financial modeling, and macros).
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends, property valuation, and market analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
