Job Description
- Develop and maintain cordial relationship with customers, with an objective of identifying customer pain points / business opportunities.
- Work closely with Key Management Personnel in customer eco-system with an objective of Brand Positioning and Revenue Growth.
- Leverage experience, knowledge, information in public domain and OPAs to undertake research on customer account(s); share & calibrate learnings, before any customer connect.
- Build and update knowledge repository, customer's strategy and how can we align ourselves to help 'customer grow with us'.
- Extend support to internal stakeholders whenever required.
- Identify growth and revenue opportunities. Undertake solutioning, drive alliances, collaboration to deliver solution(s) for solving customer's problems.
- Carry a target for revenue enhancement from both Hunting and Farming streams.
