Key Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. To take care of Key customers to strengthen relationship and boost the volume.

*To achieve individual export target

*To monitor the lifting and CM of specific (assigned) customers every week.

*To enhance ONE's participation accross various trades in Chennai Area.

2. To Lead a team and to look for new avenues in developing bussiness.

* To Mentor KA Team in achieving team target

* To Meet BSA numbers across all Loops where ONE has allocation

*To enhance FOB import business into India.

*To conduct market research and to gather information of new biz as well as potential biz and report the same to management

3. To increase customer satisfaction and to promote Digi tools

* To address concerns raised by Customers while coordinating internally with other departments.

* Timely updating ONE Force with the developments for the respective customers.

* Promoting various e-commerce and digital initiatives of the company.

4. Maintain healthy AR position

* To Maintain Nil Outstandings beyond credit time.

* To follow B/L not released & D/O not released cases and persuade customers to release the same.

* To Keep LSC Cases under control by effectively coordinating with Cnee & Origin offices

5. Securing FOB Biz

* To Co-ordinate efficiently with Overseas counterparts for Securing Nomination Biz.

* To Set Account plan for all FOB biz by coordinating with GAM/RAM and Trade.

*To prepare Game plan for FOB biz to support GAM/KAM/ RAM
