HR Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through various portals and other recruitment tools, screening resumes, scheduling & coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate database.
• Ensure positive new hire experience by effectively managing and coordinating joining formalities, orientation, and onboarding.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain electronic and physical HR documents throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Provide support and assistance in seamless execution and management of end-to-end HR processes from hiring to separation.
• Assist seniors in implementation and administration of various HR policies.
• Ensure that probation reviews are conducted by not more than 90 days of joining of the candidate.
• Update timesheet of staff in case of missed clock-in and clock-out.
• Use analytical techniques to prepare and maintain HR data, metrics, and MIS.
• Ensure timely and successful completion of tasks assigned by the Director.

• High proficiency in MS office, mainly in MS Excel.
• Energy, a can-do attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile.
