HR Executive (Generalist)

Role & responsibilities

30% recruiter 40% generalist and 30% training coordinator

• To ensure that quality recruitment is done within the time.
• Sourcing of candidates through various channels (job portals & social media sites)
• Conducting prelim interview and lining up the candidate for interview by HODs
• Employee database management (Farvision ERP)
• Regular site visit to resolve employees queries / grievances
• Training Need Identification (TNI) and coordinating for Training.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate with go getter attitude will be preferred
• Superior Communication and Interaction skills (English)
• Should be sincere and hardworking and must be open to handle the pressure.
• Should be able to work independently.

Immediate joiner preferred
