Role & responsibilities


Talent Sourcing and Onboarding:-


  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and determine the most effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, including phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Organize and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, offering positions, and negotiating compensation packages.
  • Provide hiring managers with interview feedback, candidate evaluations, and recommendations.
  • Manage and update the data Bank to ensure accurate candidate data and status updates.
  • Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
  • Ensure proper documentation is completed for all new hires and stored in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.


Payroll Processing:-


  • Process and prepare payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in wages, deductions, overtime, bonuse.
  • Ensure that payroll is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee hours worked, leaves taken, and deductions.
  • Ensure accurate input of new hires, terminations, and changes in employee information (e.g., pay rate, deductions, benefits).
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws regarding payroll, taxes, and benefits.
  • Administer employee benefits, ensuring accurate deduction and payment (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans, etc.).
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits.
  • Assist in periodic internal audits related to payroll and ensure any discrepancies are resolved
  • Reconcile payroll discrepancies with HR and finance departments and take corrective action as needed
  • Act as the point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related inquiries
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer questions regarding pay and deductions.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience using recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media for sourcing candidates.
  • Familiarity with any of the HRIS software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
