Human Resource Executive

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for selection.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system (ATS).

HR Operations & Employee Relations:

• Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, and exit formalities.
• Support HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Address employee grievances and concerns, fostering a positive work culture.
• Conduct HR analytics and reporting for leadership insights.

Payroll & Compliance:

• Assist in payroll processing, attendance management, and leave tracking.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) and HR audits.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and documentation as per legal requirements.

Performance Management & Engagement:

• Support performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
• Drive employee engagement programs, rewards, and recognition initiatives.
• Conduct training and development sessions to enhance workforce capability.
