Payroll Executive at Lower Parel from QSR Industry

Payroll Management:

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including wage calculation, attendance data, and overtime.
• Ensure accuracy and timely disbursement of monthly salaries.

Statutory Compliance:

• Manage statutory filings like PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, and Gratuity.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

Documentation & Records:

• Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee details, deductions, and tax information.
• Prepare salary slips, reports, and reconciliation statements.

Employee Support:

• Address employee payroll-related queries promptly and professionally.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring payroll adjustments.

Reporting:

• Generate and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll reports.
• Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and data.

System Management:

• Work with HRIS and payroll management systems for efficient payroll processing.
• Ensure data integrity in payroll software.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4 to 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Tally, Quikchex Payroll) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, JV journal).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS), and tax calculations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage payroll processing, including salary preparation, PF, ESIC, gratuity calculations.
• Ensure accurate attendance management and leave tracking for employees.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and adhere to company policies.
• Coordinate with HR team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll.
• Provide timely updates on payroll-related matters to stakeholders.
• Should have worked on compliance and reports related compliance.
• Should have knowledge of FnF and other settlements.
• Should have knowledge of Income tax calculation.
