Property Manager Technical

Role & responsibilities :

Property Maintenance and Upkeep:
Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of residential properties.
Coordinate repairs and improvements, ensuring properties are in excellent condition.
Manage vendor relationships for maintenance and repair services.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal property regulations.
Maintain records of inspections, permits, and licenses.
Implement and enforce property policies and procedures.

Energy and Sustainability Management:
Implement energy-efficient practices and sustainability initiatives.
Monitor and manage utility consumption to reduce costs and environmental impact.

Qualifications:
BTech degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience in property management, particularly in technical services
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in property management and maintenance software
