Experience : Minimum 8 years demonstrable experience in the industry out of which at least 5 years of experience in greenfield projects or corporate/commercial multi-storey structures with basements from start to finish.

Qualifications : Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, or Navisworks.
• AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project (preferred).

Building Size : Footprint 12x75 sqm, 1.5L Sq-ft, 8 to 10 floors with two basements

Job Purpose:
The Dainik Bhaskar Group (client side) seeks an experienced and skilled Interior Engineer to work onsite execution of a green-field corporate building project in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will function under the project manager and coordinate the onsite interior engineering aspects on client's side.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of interior fit out and finishing of work for 2B+Stilt+8 high-rise corporate building corporate block.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with consulting architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize BIM tools (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks) for 3D visualization, clash detection, and project coordination.
• Interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs generated through BIM models.
• Monitor site progress, manage resources, and address on-site challenges.
• Aid in tendering and sourcing towards interior design process.
• Ensure adherence to interior finishing standards, material specifications, and safety protocols.
• Certify work completion to the project manager for interior design aspects.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections for finishing works.
