Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on high-rise residential and commercial projects. They should possess excellent design, project management, and client handling skills, with a strong focus on delivering innovative architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and execution for high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Develop detailed project designs, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard tools and software.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Conduct site visits to oversee the progress of construction and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams for integrated project solutions.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, BOQs, and RFPs.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently to deliver projects within scope.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in designing and executing high-rise residential and commercial projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and materials.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred

• Experience in sustainable and green building design.
• Certification or experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling)
