Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
- Planning Inputs and checking Drawing
- Working Drawing Checking.
- Coordination with Architects and consultants for various Plans and execution
- RERA inputs as & when required.
- Giving approvals on all marketing things like renders, miniature models & walkthroughs.
- Coordination with the site team.
- Overall Site Overview and regular site visits.
- Sanction Plan Checking and giving the inputs & approvals according to UDCPR.
- Approval on Agreement to sale with respect to Carpet areas, parking allotment, and annexures.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience : 5 year
Qualification : Bachelor of Architecture
Job location : Viman Nagar ( Pune )
Requirement : Experience in real estate will be advantage
