Role & responsibilities

• Maintain proper office decorum
• Operate EPBX / switchboard efficiently and receive visitors in so that all callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously, and accurately.
• Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls at EPBX & covey / pass out accurate messages.
• Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit, maintain visitor logs; alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office, department or employee.
• To perform administrative activities such as conference booking, make necessary arrangements for meetings.
• To attend courier packages properly and distribute and maintain records of the same.
• To maintain records of Inwards & outward of stationary.
• To monitor housekeeping activities
• HR and Admin Support

Preferred candidate profile

Good Communication

Min 6 month Experience in real estate

can support to business for Sales & Admin requirements.
