Job Description


Role & responsibilities:

  • Ad Monetization & Partnership: Manage the Home category Ad monetization team, fostering strong relationships with trade marketing, ecommerce, and sales teams of partner brands to drive ad revenue from in-store, TATA Neu and Croma.com and co-marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL)
  • Sales strategy and revenue: Develop sales strategies for sub-categories and achieve annual ad revenue targets
  • Cross functional collaboration: Work with buyers, store operations, and internal teams to secure marketing investments from brands for new launches, events, and campaigns
  • Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with brands on co-marketing investments to drive footfalls, online traffic, consideration, and transactions. Leverage Croma's marketing calendar to identify co-marketing opportunities and synergies with brand campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Liaise with the internal marketing teams in getting the respective plans & collaterals ready and scheduled the campaign for execution. Review campaign execution, performance reports, and ask the execution to optimize campaigns as needed.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain weekly and monthly reports, including MIS and campaign performance reports

Preferred candidate profile:

  • MBA/PGDM with experience in category marketing operations or project management
  • Knows the nuances of ATL, BTL and digital marketing
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Media Sales and Key Account Management
  • Team Management: Effectively led diverse teams to achieve goals.
  • Key Account Management: Ensured sustained client satisfaction and retention.
  • Campaign Planning: Planned and executed successful marketing initiatives.
  • Data Analytics: Used data to make inform decisions and optimize strategies.
  • Commercial Acumen: Contributed to revenue growth and profitability.
  • Collaboration: Enhanced organizational synergy through cross-departmental collaboration.
