Role & responsibilities:

• Ideate on the customer segments to be targeted for any activity
• Assist with CLM calendar campaigns - ad hoc as well as planned - from setting up to last mile execution
• Monitor performance of CLM activities from engagement to redemption
• Build a deeper understanding of all types of customer base
• Should have good communication skills, organized and hands on with data analysis, knowledge of excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to connect with internal and external teams to understand requirements and drive work stream on a project/campaign

Preferred candidate profile:

• Excellent communication and language skills
• Available to work from the Andheri office.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (required)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
