This company good at on 2008 eara but not yet because there is to much cros cutting like incentives and most important very very lo increments and also they changed there processor like ther is no any RNR no apny appreciations and no any get to gather they focused only for sale and they are not good on this platform because there isto much prices issues. I tell you one thing if you are a customer and you select a Washing machine and told them the croma staff that give me a best discount i want this and you talk to your manager that customer want a discount and you now what he said his firt word is there any warrant yes or no if you say i have pich him warranty and he is not interested to take warranty so your manager didn't give you best price most of the time because he has pressurised with store manager and store manager pressurised with the cluster manager so this is not a way of selling products if customer need a warranty so he will Definitely take it and if you pressurised him to take warranty so he fells uncomfortable and he will left to your store and he will not coming again Definitely So please please make it on a proper manner way and please respect your staff and incrise ther salaries because they cany service on that much salary If i tell you that you are join croma as a sales staff and your salary is fresher 11500 and experience 16500 could you service in a month because your personal pocket money i thing 5000 minimum what salary you provide to your family your house retn 5000 your electricity bill 1300 and your rasion bill 5000 minimum and if in your family member have any illness or other problems so you can not manage your life is going to hell so please incrise croma staff salary Atlisit 24500 please guise try to understand. That you think that you are working with Tata but soon it was vanished as i saw that it was just a name ,there is nothing like tata and they have worst culture i have seen in my experience of 12 year with 4 different companies

1- No patience in low sale period .They will tag you with non performance and put pressure to leave company. 2- They keep on transferring you in every 2 years. 3 Your future solely rely on your superior's feedback . If it is not positive you are gone no matters if your boss is dumba@@ . 4- HR has no power .BM is the biggest gunda in this company . HR only listen to him and they will not consider your perspective. 5- it feels like a insurance company . More then product sale they are interested in warranties. 6- New stores are controlling there sale to sell zip and management thinks that they are doing there KPI .These dum a@@ knows everything but they are intersted in their selfish motives and spoiling this company from inside. 7- No work life balance .As a SM you need to forget your family life completely. 8- BM doesnot get real feedback from cm as they all feel scared from him .Cm can only survive if he doesnot put his views in front of bm and keep on knoding yes in every point . 9- These guys belives that work is only done when we fire people which i think is fair enough upto some extent but if you are firing your performer staff members just for the sake of showing your efforts to bring some change then you can think what kind of strategy you have adapted . God bless you guys just remove this Tata prefix from your brand name and i bet you will not be able to hire a single staff from other organisations . Currently, Croma company is facing challenges under the new leadership of the CEO and CHRO. They seem to believe that imposing unrealistic targets and undue pressure is the key to increasing profitability. However, this approach has created a toxic work environment where job security is nonexistent, and hard work goes unrewarded. There are no clear paths for growth or promotion, and salary increments are scarce. As a result, valued long-term employees are leaving the company in droves, from top to bottom. Unfortunately, there is no concerted effort to retain these pillars of the organization. The company lacks a healthy, open culture, and department heads seem uncertain about how to navigate these challenges. It's only name sake Tatas. The culture is purely of complete corporate politics and ambiguity. No role clarity, structure changes almostvevety year, focus changes every 3-4 months so no consistency.

Dislikes

There is too much confusion, bosses always talk about job insecurity. Too much office politics. The environment is toxic.

Work doesn't matter anymore since it's a matured organisaton. The focus is on favouritism, politics.. it's a very bad organisation for women. There is no woman in the senior management, just one in HR and even she has no powers or mind of her own and doesn't support women.
