Overall company is very good. There have 1 & 1/2 day fixed week off, available leave Balance, Developed & learning process is good, also they give oppertunity for promotion.

Dislikes

But management is not good at all, not everyone but some of sm are doing partiality. One of sm name is Kaushik Maji (asansol croma) his behaviour & mentality is so cheap. He don't have enough knowledge to handle store & entire team.

Nice experience I work 11 month as a apprentice

Dislikes

As an apprentice, it's important to receive advance notice about the end date to plan for future opportunities. However, I was informed on my last day at 4 PM and had to complete everything by 6 PM, leaving very little time to wrap up documents and other tasks.

Environment is so good if the management is running store in a good way that's really matter, because if a manager is craving such environment for everyone then it's really feel good to works there and it also motivated hs to do better

Company is very good and amazing But because of some people thing can get runied so for work in a good environment, you need your management team so good and well that treat you with respect and always help you and motivate to push and do more than you can do

When I joined croma HR and seniors are very supportive and they taking fairly decision

Priyanshi HR she is not taking fair decision she is doing smoking and drinking with some staffs she is biased and I was in east of kailash store every staff is taking brand staff sales in their employee ID ADM knows everything specially home team and communication category their is no brand staff in computer category but adm forcing them please put your sales in brand ID for cover brand penetrations specially shalu gupta he is taking comission for customer he is dealer...Read More

Treating workers likes dogs if they are 5 minutes late for lunch then listen to them for 15 minutes and not giving them leave in case of an accident Along with leave torturing them doing partiality with the employee No giving partiality to the one who does not the work but giving it to the one who is basically the favorite of the manager they give it to the one who work hard he does not get anything they just want sale …...Read More
