Here is so many opportunity to learn new things because if you are working on that company where no option to increase own knowledge so that is not a future that's why i like to work here because of here is so many opportunity to learn new things.

I saw so many time company do focus only for sale not on knowledge. I don't know why because of your employees are nit knowledgeable so you can't developmenp more.

I like the work culture and the job security that the. Company is providing , which is very much different from others. In this pendemic odd even shifts are there always safety regulations are followed and company policies and management is also help full. The work life balance in croma retail is very much good,

The only thing that is not my dislike ,but that is just suggestion. 1. The salaries of new hired managers are good but if some one from internal is promoted is relatively very low ,which should b reviewed. 2. Mostly there should be posts upto ASM level filled internally, which will help in more job satisfaction and also will help company to grow as well,
