Work Timing for female is good.

Salary - Excellent

Dislikes

If your senior didn't like you then whatever you doing good in your work will be worthless. For him your work life would be very difficult. Also if you are hiring from any campus then you have to suffer extreme level of jealousy of your colleagues. And no one support you at all. And finally you have to resigned.

Since it's a Tata Company the higher management cares about their employees. And it's fancy to be associated with the group. Other than that there is no benefit of working at Croma in operations after doing your MBA.

1. Company is not ready to welcome MBA managers. 2. No option for skill development. 3. Repetitive work and blue collar environment.
