I'm working in warehouse at RPA department. Company provided 6 day week off with yearly leave and arrange trip plan for employees so no scope to improve your skills.

I'm working in warehouse at RPA department. After joining 8 months not provided 6 days off due to huge work pressure and its applied before 3 months .also not allow to go trip. Work culture is very pathentinc and every time says that for termination or salary hold and also not any single training sessions happen in rpa.
