Zonal Sales Planner @ Croma - A TATA Enterprise

Role & responsibilities:

• Coordinate with zonal sales teams & other central functions for prepare bottom-up monthly sales plans
• Interact with respective regional merchandizers to get granular inputs from the ground
• Help define targets for levers such as pricing, discounts, incentives in order to ensure plan achievement
• Use the planning exercise to identify key risks to the budget and overall business goals of Croma
• Provide inputs to senior management on emerging market opportunities that Croma can leverage

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate (MBA/ Post Graduation will be preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in strategy/operations/sales preferably from Consumer Durables.
• Strong analytical skills ability to create financial models, handle large volumes of data
• Comfort in using Microsoft Excel, and willingness to learn and use new-age tools
• Program management skills with the ability to quickly identify risks and independently take necessary actions to mitigate the same
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to understand the big-picture and business nuances
• Previous experience in demand/ sales planning is preferred
