Solution Architect

Role & responsibilities:

1. Validate design for Croma Serial Number (CSN) related outcomes for data persistence.

2. Successful delivery of a solution to migrate existing inventory from SAP to BY WMS, including the capture of CSN and Serial numbers

3. Review of current BY WMS configuration and providing an assessment report within one month before next DC go-live

4. Review of code developed by EY team for Custom Modification.

5. Delivery of template-based solution of BY WMS which can be easily enhanced basis the growing demand of the business.

1. BY WMS Solution Architecture Design:

• Design and own Blue Yonder WMS solutions to meet the needs of Croma landscape having large-scale DCs, Stores and multi-site operations.
• Develop scalable BY WMS architecture that is aligned with Cromas long term business goals and objectives1 ensuring the solution to meet the demand of our business objectives.
• Ensure the solution design enables long-term business growth, flexibility, and new technology integration.
• Ensure the functional solution supports long term business plans of croma supply chain.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solutioning for CSN data persistence & Serialization process.
• Collaborate with other enterprise architects, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of the WMS with other enterprise systems (SAP, OMS, TMS, SFDC).
• Review process flows (L1, L2) on the Future state process

3. Solution Integration:

• Design the functional solution for integration touch points of BY WMS with other core business systems, such as SAP, OMS, TMS, SFDC.and ensure BY functional solution is in line with the Croma process design across systems.
• Guide integration teams to resolve any interface specific design challenges during Solutioning phase

4. Strategic Planning:

• Lead the design of developing a template-based WMS solution, ensuring it meets future business and operational needs.
• Work with SCM lead (WMS) to optimize warehouse efficiency, reduces costs, and supports business growth.

5. Technical Governance:

• Establish, standards, and best practices for BY WMS implementations across the organization.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight to ensure that WMS solutions are aligned with corporate governance, security, and compliance requirements.
• Escalate any skillset issues with the vendor
