Marketing Intern @ Croma - A TATA Enterprise

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Catchment Intern to support our marketing team in identifying, analysing, and engaging segments (catchments). You will assist with gathering market insights, assisting with marketing campaigns that target specific geographic or demographic segments. Co-ordination with cross functional team is the key. Support the Central Catchment team for collating regional plans on monthly basis.

Role & responsibilities:

• Market Research & Data Analysis:
• Conduct research on market conditions, competitor performance, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
• Gather and analyse data on geographic or demographic catchments to help create targeted campaigns.
• Campaign Support:
• Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns that focus on specific catchments or target audiences.
• Coordinate and support online and offline marketing activities to increase brand visibility within specific regions.
• Reporting & Presentation:
• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, customer engagement, and key metrics.
• Assist in presenting data-driven insights to help refine marketing strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
• Support the team with creative content for marketing materials and presentations.
• Invoice processing and Operation excellence.
• Co-ordination with Cross function team.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Final-year students/graduates from English, Communications, and Mass Media courses
• Excellent communication and language skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (required)
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
