• Track competitor activities and analyse market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Connect with internal teams for detailed product insights and create innovative strategies to promote them effectively.
• Develop reports on app and module performance, suggesting improvements based on data analytics.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop campaign strategies that drive engagement and user satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote insurance products.
