- Recruit New Partners To Associate With The Company And Onboard New Customers. Train Partners To Effectively Use Company Products. Act As The Liaison Between The Company And Partners, Ensuring Their Productivity. Achieve Business Goals Set By The Company Through Partner Networks. Collaborate With Operations Teams To Ensure Partner Compliance With Set Processes. Handle Retail Products Across The Portfolio, Including Health, Property, And Motor Insurance. Set And Agree On Premium Targets With Point Of Sale (POS) Partners. Maintain Regular Engagement With Pending Leads And References. Continuously Update Knowledge On Products And Solutions By Attending Training Sessions And Reading Materials.
