IT Support - Infrastructure (Female Candidates Preferred)

WE HAVE AN URGENT OPENING FOR IT SUPPORT - INFRASTRUCTURE !!!!

Location : Andheri ( E)

Purpose: The purpose of a IT Support is to provide technical assistance and support to end-users, or internal employees who are experiencing technical issues or problems with system software, hardware, network, or other computer-related systems.

Accountabilities

• Ensure proper management and support of end-user hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, networks, and peripherals
• Ensure that end-user devices and software are up-to-date, properly configured, and compliant with organizational policies and regulations
• Ensure formal documentation of technical issues, resolutions, and support interactions • Ensure end-user information security compliance

Functional/Technical Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve technical support requests from end-users to troubleshoot technical issues
• Handle laptop/desktop configuration, installation, hardening and patch management
• Communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to end-users, who may have varying levels of technical knowledge
• Provide remote support using remote support tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support interactions in a ticketing system or knowledge management database
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams or subject matter experts as needed

Desired Qualifications/Certifications

• A relevant technical university degree/technical certification, and/or relevant experience

Desired Experience/Skillset

• 1-2 years of prior work experience in with technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service
• Strong technical knowledge and experience working with various hardware and software systems
• Expertise in E-mail management like G-suite, Office 365, etc.
• Hands-on experience with support tools and systems, such as ticketing systems, knowledge management systems, and remote support tools
