Program Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of markdown and offer trends across regions and categories to uncover opportunities for optimizing gross profit (GP).

• Drive the preparation and oversight of markdown budgets for different zones, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

• Design and maintain performance dashboards to monitor the impact of discount and coupon strategies, enabling data-driven decision-making.

• Assess the efficiency of markdown coupons in enhancing profitability at the store and category levels, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Strategize and recommend optimal coupon denominations and structures to balance customer acquisition costs with revenue growth effectively.

• Collaborate with zonal managers to ensure effective deployment of discounting and markdown strategies

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior leadership effectively.

• Expertise in handling large datasets using SQL and Python for advanced data analysis, modelling, and generating insights.

• Strong capabilities in creating interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and drive strategic decisions.

• Proficiency in developing scripts and workflows to automate repetitive data processing and analysis tasks, improving operational efficiency.

• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms for seamless management and analysis of multi-source datasets

Qualification/Experience:

• 3 - 4 years of experience preferably in Program management/Data analyst roles.
