Manager - Visual Merchandiser @ Croma - A TATA Enterprise

Role & responsibilities:

• Define, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy for the stores
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
• Conduct Store visit to ensure guideline are met
• Produce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
• Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result in line with the campaign themes
• Act in alignment with the brand marketing plans, campaigns and category marketing plans
• Monitor costs and work within the budget
• Oversee the production and execution
• Liaise with suppliers and support in quality execution
• Point of purchase display design and execution
• Agency Development & Coordination
• Develop & implement Nation & zonal based VM Strategies
• Conceptualizing & execution Local promotion
• Collaboration with cross function to enhance customer experience
• Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends

Preferred candidate profile:

• Demonstrate visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
• Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices
• Creative and innovative thinker

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor Design/Art/Fashion Degree
• NIFT /Pearl Masters degree in Marketing or a related field with a focus on marketing
• Visual Merchandising with exposure of 7-10 year
