HR Executive (Recruiter)

The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for various positions across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Screening:

• Source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Recruitment Process Management:

• Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience.

Candidate Engagement:

• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely feedback and communicate effectively with candidates about the status of their application.

Talent Database Management:

• Maintain an organized database of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure all recruitment-related data is updated and accurate in the HR management systems.

Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:

• Extend job offers to selected candidates and assist in negotiations.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
