The Executive Talent Acquisition will assist in the recruitment process, supporting the team in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization. • Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system

Desired Candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in commerce / HR or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices and current trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
