Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Medical Assistants, and Allied Healthcare professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals (Registered Nurses, Allied Health, etc.) through job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, negotiating, and onboarding.
• Utilize job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases to find qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and credentialing requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and close candidates effectively.
• Meet hiring targets and deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-5 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Health, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of US work authorizations, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa categories (GC, H1B, TN, EAD, etc.).
• Experience working with VMS/MSP clients and understanding of healthcare staffing processes.
• Expertise in sourcing from Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in ATS/CRM tools for candidate tracking and management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with nursing and allied healthcare recruitment.
• Familiarity with credentialing and compliance requirements in the US healthcare industry.
• Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and clients.
