The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US healthcare system, strong communication skills, and proven experience working with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare staffing agencies.
Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Screening:
Identify qualified candidates for nursing and allied healthcare roles through job boards and social media platforms
Review resumes and assess candidates credentials, certifications, and experience to match job requirements.
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for nurses and allied healthcare professionals radiologists).
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates clinical expertise, soft skills, and suitability for client requirements.
Client Collaboration:
Partner with healthcare facilities and staffing agencies to understand hiring needs and build strong client relationships.
Provide clients with shortlisted candidates who meet their specific requirements, including licensing and compliance standards.
Compliance Management:
Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and reference verifications.
Candidate Engagement:
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate salary, benefits, and contracts in line with client guidelines and market trends.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and placement rates.
Key Qualifications:
