Job Description
We are seeking 2+ years of an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for nursing and allied healthcare positions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US healthcare system, strong communication skills, and proven experience working with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare staffing agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Screening:
Sourcing & Screening:
- Identify qualified candidates for nursing and allied healthcare roles through job boards and social media platforms
- Review resumes and assess candidates credentials, certifications, and experience to match job requirements.
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for nurses and allied healthcare professionals radiologists).
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates clinical expertise, soft skills, and suitability for client requirements.
Client Collaboration:
- Partner with healthcare facilities and staffing agencies to understand hiring needs and build strong client relationships.
- Provide clients with shortlisted candidates who meet their specific requirements, including licensing and compliance standards.
Compliance Management:
- Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and reference verifications.
Candidate Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate salary, benefits, and contracts in line with client guidelines and market trends.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and placement rates.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of US healthcare recruitment, specializing in nursing and allied positions.
- Familiarity with US healthcare standards, including licensure and certification processes for nurses and allied professionals.
