As a key member of our recruiting team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring IT professionals.
Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 clients to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Negotiation: Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to provide insights and recommendations to clients and hiring managers.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and other legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of IT recruiting experience.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
